Increase fitness – It dynamic, energetic and a fun workout as Bollywood dance help to sculpt different areas of the body and build cardiovascular endurance.

Experience something different and develop new dance skills – from the delicate forms of classical Indian dance to the energetic beats of bhangra and modern dance.

Develop Confidence and skills – Performance is important in Bollywood Dance so this is a chance to draw out the inner actress/actor in you. You can express yourself and bring your individual flare into your dancing. You will be learning the foundations of Bollywood dance and by the end of the course you will be confident to take on any dance floor
