Monday – 8 – 8:30am
A unique fitness class that combines martial arts, strength training and dance all in one. If you want to start your morning with a Bang this is a class for you. Build your fitness in a unique way!
Level: General – Good fitness level
Tuesday – 7-7:45pm
Get a great evening workout after work whilst learning Bollywood/ Bhangra/ Classical/Folk/hiphop steps. Easy to follow, energetic & fun!
Level: Great for Beginners – General Level
Styles Covered: Bhangra, Bhangra -Hiphop, Bolly-Whack, Bolly-Hop, Classical (Kathak) Fusion, Bollywood Fusion
Want a challenge? We will be taking you through a different style of choreography from start to finish. This will build your technique, dance vocabulary of different styles and confidence to become a versatile dancer. It is important that you get the training that will make you feel that you are progressing every week so if you are booking to learn more choreography and technique 4 x classes is advisable. Consistency is key.

1-2-1 – Dance Class or Dance PT with Emiko
Choreographer, Artistic Director & Founder of Epika Dance
Emiko Ishii has been teaching and performing professionally for 14 years and has taught thousands of students internationally. Emiko is renowned for being highly skilled in different styles of dance as well as martial arts and fitness. She combines these disciplines and her vast knowledge when training others to ensure she gets the results desired. It does not matter what level or background of dance you have. Be specific with what you want to achieve and we will reach them together!!
We also have other Specialist Teachers to pair you with the right tutor!
The main focus of 1-2-1 dance sessions are to achieve your personal goal. This is a great opportunity to work on a specific song or technique that you always wanted to develop and see a visible progression in your training.
